Markus, your words are wise. Thank you for sharing. And, glad to hear that you had such a wonderful weekend. I hope the weekend cheer continues for you all week. At Day 43 today I still feel the urge to stay on and cleanse more. I have begun the Colon Cleanse and this weekend the liver/gallbladder and so on. It is great to feel so clean and free of dis-ease. I wish you much success in your endeavours and keep us posted.
