How do u know if a vitamin is a whole food vitamin then? The labels with my sachets list the percentages of the recommended daily intake and stuff but I'm not sure what other info to look up on them.

Oh and one correction/addition to that doctorwithin site is on the journey to the colon part where he says lactic acid is from excess acid in stomach. Lactic acid is from the anaerobic respiration of muscles. This is why 10 reps then resting and another 10 reps at the gym is a lot easier than 20 reps in a row.
