From a previous weight loss program I've been on, I have some left over nutrient sachets. Now on the program, as well as having a restricted diet you were also to have three of these sachets to make sure you get all you vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. I am thinking that while on the fast, for my own piece of mind, I might have one a day .. or more if I'm reeeeally run down ... what does anyone else think about this?
