I over eat almost everyday. It is draining me emotionally and physically. I feel bad everytime I do it. But when I don't overeat I feel better, yet deprived. It is weird. I want to get over this, but I'm scared the fast isn't going to help me much. I need to lose 40lbs. How long do you guys think I should do the fast to lose 30. I guess it depends on the person, huh.
