You should try to the P&B shakes. Go into the fasting forum #5 and there is tons of info about it. I didn't do the Sea Salt this time around either and it worked fine. Today is my 10th and last day on the cleanse. I worked out at least every other day but not a hard workout. listen to your body and do what you can. The first time I lifted I felt really weak and light headed so I took it easy. I don't think you should get light headed if you're not physically over doing it though.
