Give your body time to recover. But what about 'body weight exercises, pushups, bridges, wall walk ups, core work, abs body parts you use everyday.

Yes you can do these types of exercise several times a day after your used to it. Like Matt Furey stuff.

Stay away from the Booby building weight lifting.
