I do have a pair of resistance bands, now that you mention it. I have a cheap (stiff) rebounder. I used to have a big trampoline but the insurance people made us get rid of it. I sit cross-legged all the time and I can sit down and jump back up really quickly, no problem. So guess I've got a good start. I can't price anything at the moment, because I have $0 dollars.
