good ol barbells and a bar!
for like two years, i did nothing but heavy dealifting,presses,power cleans,curls and weighted pull ups with a bar attached to a hallway and a wieght belt!
i made the most 'permanent gains' in muscle in those two years alone-during that time i also did 400 push ups and 100 pull ups,100 bodyweight squats,100 leg raises,crunches a day..i was ripped! what happend? summer happened
