A good bicycle, home elliptical machine, rebounder, and free weights with bench and cables for pull downs ect. exercise bands, and a heavy bag.
Good old push ups (using chairs or my rebounder for angle variations), sit-ups (using a exercise ball), and chair dips (need two sturdy chairs), both behind the back and side. The one other piece of equipment I want to get is the balancing boards\disks... I use them now at my chiropractor's office.
