Hey, glad you want to make this an active forum! It seems that the problem is, although plenty of people here exercise, that they just DO it and don't really have anything to report on/debate/question, etc. For example, they just go walking everyday, rebound, or have a weights program, but they are doing it, and that's enough for them.
I would like to learn more and be more motivated so I'll try to contribute more to this forum, as well.
