I use Dr. Schulze 's Superfood, which has a lot of plant protein in it. I put it in my morning juice that I make, and I do a two hour workout on this alone - with lots of energy to spare. After my workout I do Dr. Christopher's Jurassic Green or Dr. Christopher's ENVY, which both also have plant proteins in them.
I personally don't like putting animal proteins in my body (I'm a vegan vegetarian).
