Re: how long to get ripped

Hmm, that's an intriguing question. Let's see, 6 months seems like a reasonable amount of time, depending on where you're starting from. I don't think it's possible to get ripped in LESS time than that. If you are reasonably thin and have a decent amount of muscle mass, and you are very consistent with your workout and diet routines, then I suppose it's possible. Especially if you have a trainer, at least the first month, and maybe the last month. With a good trainer the results can be much faster. I wouldn't recommend taking the fat burner but they do seem to be effective. 210lb, and over 6 feet sounds like a good starting point. I suppose you'll want to concentrate on building as much muscle mass as possible (especially in the major muscle groups) during the first 3 months, and then in the last three months, besides building and refining the muscle training, began to focus on fat loss (so that the muscles can be clearly seen, hence "ripped") But remember, in order to gain muscle you need excess calories, to be ripped you need less fat (less calories).
If you're gonna try it out, let us know. You can definitely see a MAJOR difference in 6 months of a serious program. Heck, I did 10 sessions with a trainer within 20 days, and I gained 2.5 kg of muscle and lost 2.5 kg of fat (I'm a small girl) which was already noticeable.
