I am curious as to people's opinions on ideal body shape (achieveable by training). Especially for women. Seems like everyone has a different idea. Muscular, bony, curvy, you name it. Big calves, thin calves. Rippling arm muscles, or barely defined? Obviously part of it depends on the way you are naturally built, but one needs a goal. Some people tell you to lose weight, others to gain weight. Some people say "develop your shoulders" and then someone else will say "why are you doing weights for your shoulders?!"
