I make a mistake!

Dear all,

I have serious back pain recently whenever I move my shoulders. My left leg is painful too and I can't walk properly. Those pain stops me from doing anything. Firstly, I am afraid that the cancer have spreaded to the bone and then I figure out those pain may be due to the long walk. As this is the first time since last August I do any exercise. May be I am too fragile and not suitable to walk too long (more than an hour). I don't understand why walking hurts my shoulder and back. I use some hot packs to release the pain and hope those pain will diminish soon.
