Husband's horrible bad breath

My husband went on a 2 day fast, no food or fruit only liquids. After he finished he had the most horrible breath. Not just a bad mouth smell but this smell was coming from deep inside. Brushing teeth and tongue didn't help. The stinch could not be covered. The smell continues 5 days after he finished his fast. I'm thinking that he needs some type of internal cleanse. Any ideas or suggestions on what to do at this piont. He is on therabreath and normally doesn't have such bad breath but like I said this isn't normal - it's coming deep down - really stinks. Tweet
