why doctors and dentists can't smell my bad breath, but my friends and collegues keep complaining?

I've been suffering from bad breath for 13 years. Sames as all of you, spent thousands of money still dunno what happened. Everytime I see doctors and dentists they will say they can't smell anything bad from my mouth. And a dentist said he couldn't smell my bb and even halimeter's rate is low. When I have my confidence again after hearing all these thing, my friends and collegues will give signals to me that I got bb. They will say, "open the window, right away" when I come close to them. And some people will ask me to use mouthrinse or brush the teeth. Even some tell me I extremely stink and smell worse than a dog.
I tried to find out the reasons why I got bb and told one of dentist (he is the only one who try to help bad breath patients in my country), but he think what I got is phsychological problem not bb problem.

I told him some of the reasons as followings
1. When I was 14, one of my classmate who got serious bad breath. But I still dun mind about it, keep being friend to her. I always think bb is infected by her.
2. I took a lot of Antibiotics when I was 15-21 coz I always got cold and cough.
3. I sleep late everynite and when I was still a student, I always sleep less.
4. Some kind of people also infected by me (of course, the dentist said I'm nut), and my collegue said I can infect others ( I dunno what he means, and I dun dare to ask what he means)

I had checked my blood, did a lung x ray, check my saliva etc., everythings seems fine. Now, I jog almost everyday and brush my teeth at least four times a day. Seems nothing improve. My sister said she can't smell my bb. My parents also said they can't smell me (but they will keep putting their hands to cover their nose when i talk)....

I wanna try liver flush, but is it really useful? How can I know I got candida or not? To be honest, I never have big illness (only got the cold frequently for several years, now I'm very healthy). I never have stomachache. What can I do now?

Anybody has similar situation of me?
