Master Cleanse & candidas

Hi all,
I am new to this, am trying to cleanse due to some sensitivities I have developed (hypersensitivity to perfume & acute sense of smell bothered by all kinds of smells now). I was diagnosed a year or two ago with mild candidas, the dr. said my numbers were low though it seemed hard to get rid of, not until just recently has the white disappeared from my tongue. I know I also have adrenal function problems (which could be part of my smell problem & some of my sensitivity problem)I think I remember reading The Master Cleanse helps with adrenal problems & some other things that sounded might help me BUT the one page was saying not to use if have candidas....another said I could...so has anyone used The Master Cleanse while having candidas? Can you?
