I'm new to this site but wanted to comment on your problem taking supplements. For the longest time every time I went to get my multivitamin something stopped me and I wouldn't take it. It turns out that I have numerous allergies and the vits were not hypoallergenic. I have since found another brand that specifically claims it is free of common allergens. I don't know if you've been through this already, but people with adrenal fatigue may have allergies so you may want to investigate.
