Re: Questions Anyone help please
you wasted your money by going to an ND and not having a very inexpensive saliva test. It is taken over a 24 hour period at various times to show what your adrenals are doing. How much cortisol they are producing at each time(this is very important) and where your other adrenal hormone levels are at. This way you are not playing a frustrating guessing game and you know exactly what to do and what to take. This test ran me about 80.00 and was worth every penny. It even showed I was sensitive to gluten which was life saving knowledge for me. I am disgusted with ND's who don't take care of their patients with such an easy and valid test before sending them off with expensive supplements. See, it happened to me too. i even asked for the test and she denied me having it, saying i did not need it and i would be fine. Well, i was'nt fine, i got worse, and had to find someone else. He did the test, plus a few more, and it has been almost a year and I am finally getting better. The test also showed my insulin levels were off and i found out i was hypoglycemic. I have had to change my diet and do many things to get to this place. My second ND was thourough and reasonable. He cared about me getting well. My first ND ought to be a real dr as she did not care about me at all and charged high prices. She gave bad advice that ended up making me sicker and when i called her saying i was worse she told me to go on antidepressants. so perhaps you should find someone who will do the saliva test and you will know where you're at. it sounds like AF, but why guess? There are many aspects to this disease. Many times low blood sugar, allergies and
food sensitivities go along with it. it is best to know what youre dealing with.
