Just thought I'd share a fact with you about Adrenal Fatigue. When you have AF you release less cerualplasm which causes copper to build up in your tissues leading to fatigue (copper build up in your liver) and the psychological problems after it saturates your liver it goes to you brain you all those wierd thoughts Depression etc are from the Copper NOT the adrenal problem. High copper can cause adrenal problems. And adrenal problems can cause high copper. The build up in copper is normally in part to diet low in zinc foods such as grains, sugar, alcohol that depletes zinc etc its really a revolving door of symptoms. Check out the book from Melissa Smith "Why am I always so tired". If you have adrenal fatigue you need this book because copper toxicity goes hand in hand, if you have AF you HAVE to have a copper/zinc imbalance. I was somewhat of a vegatarian that ate junk food that greatly contributed to my copper overload. Certain foods have good amounts of copper. Anybody have yeast infections? Reoccuring infections? PMS symptoms that are really bad? Symptoms change during PMS? Copper simulates your adrenal glands and brain. Zinc calms your brain and body. My recovery in part has been takein b-5 b-6 zinc, molybedenum and I think that Liver Flushes great help with your health because they can clear your bile ducts allowing you to get rid of excess copper.
