question about breasts after breastfeeding...

My wife has a concern, but is probably to embarressed to ask... she has been breastfeeding for over a year and a half, and is concerned that when she is done, her breasts will shrink, and/or lose some of their firmness ect... any tips on how to avoid this or get things back to normal?
