Re: Fomentation - How to make?

Dear Friend,

To answer the Fomentation question
Fomentation and Poultice
A Fomentation is applying an herbal tea
usually a infusion or a decoction
in the case of Mullien and Lobelia it would usually be an infusion
which is a tea made from just pouriing boiling distilled water over the herbs
and applying this tea with wet cotton cloths
to the skin
A poultice is similar
but you are applying the herbs themselves
usually made up into a paste with hot distilled water

Yes you could use the herbal capsules to make the fomentation
but I would get the highest quality herbs available
in bulk form
it would be a lot cheaper and you will need a pound of each herb
to do this routine thoroughly

As far as how many capsules to make the tea
I would use the entire bottle / 90 or 100 capsules
there isn't much in a capsule

For any children or animal doses
use their weight as a fraction over 150 pounds
because an adult dosage is based on a 150 pound individual

so a 50 pound child would have 1/3 the recomended adult dosage
and a 1500 pound horse would have 10 times the recomended adult human dosage

other advice to reduce the tonsils and adenoids

YES, Raw GARLIC
as much as you can get into the child
and my Children's Echinacea and Throat and Tonsil
as much as you can get into the child

and of course no dairy products
and get an air purifier for the room if you suspect dust

Keep up the Good Work

Dr. Schulze
