Im going to make Superfood. I have all of the herbs and stuff. I can't find anything on the correct portions.
If anyone could guide me towards finding this info I would be very grateful.
I found out how to make #1 and #2, no superfood though.
Or, if anyone knows where I can find a site or book on how much a person is supposed to consume per day of different herbs. I think I could come up with something kinda close to Shulzes superfood. MAN THAT STUFF IS GREAT, I am 45yrs. old and can't remember if I have ever felt this good.
