Re: Distilled Water...Bob and Friends

We are getting a counter distiller today. Sears has theirs on sale. My breathing is not good yet and seems to have worsened with winter and more sheet rock dust flying around out home. Construction is soon to be done! yay! My hubby got a heppa filter for his shop vac this weekend which should help clean up the dust without blowing it all over. We really had a mess last weekend. I wear a mask but the dust is so small it continues to fall.

I do feel better when taking my echinecea, garlic, cayenne tincture. I just learned that I can take that for a week and take a few days off and take it again.

Back to the distilled water...do you think it is expensive to brew? And do you use vinegar to clean your unit? What about the charcoal filter? The folks I have talked with say that filter is not needed because the distilling process removes all the imputities and my scientific hubby agrees.

Searching through on line testimonies it looks like folks have really benefited from distilled water. So we are going to give it a go. My hubby is sweet to agree to give all manner of things a try.

Have a good day all!
Sharon
