start and stop your flow and feel the control/muscles
now contract and relax these same muscles throught out the day (no one can see you )
i would do at least 25 each time to start eveyr time youthink about it!! and work up to about 100 a shot they are short fast easy to do so this is a very realistic thing.
another thing is to stand against a wall. back to wall
butt shoulders back of head touching wall.
spread you legs to a compfortable stnance adn face feet outwards at 45 appr derees angle
now put your hands behind youback to make sure the small of your back is not touching the wall jsut shoulder butt and back of head.. slowly lower your self down as low as youcan to a sittin typ position/ don't go lower the and right angle at hip/legs like as if you are sittin gopen legged on an invisible hard backe dcahir.
makesure again that hte small of back is arched /not touching wall... maintain that as long as youcan... then slowly using the leg muscles only slid eup again to a stnadign position
if youcan aas youpractice it.. work to reast hands lightly on your thighs and breathe relaxedly and slowly whiole holdign the stance.
this will improve your lower floor. and legs and abs and posture and balance etc... even taully you can get to where youcan do this with soem one jstu holding a guideline stic behind you to make sure the head butt and shoulders are in a stright line.. and beyond that to doing it on your own.
thisis a martial art stance btw... and it is incrediblly great in overall body balanceign adn muscle toning.. you willprobaly pass gas or got to move bowels the more you do this

and try no t to stimulate your activity when feel the urge sometimes fear will make you leak or body habit as youstrt to move towards a bath roomm... if you exercise a few minutes when first feelyouare goign to lose it... it might help.. break the habit stimuation/
most folks rarely have to goto b room when exercising...
