I'm using up Threelac which was I thought quite pricy. I've read some prefer Udo's and some take Primal defense. In reading the list of ingredients in Udo's, it sounded good to me, but I have not tried it. A google search of probiotics will give you a range of sites to check out. I think Dr. Schulze has some too and his link at the top of the curezone page will get you more information. If price is a consideration in looking for a good one, make sure it has at least three strains of probiotic, more is better. Hope this helps. Omie Tweet
