The detox is going ok - although i can't sleep much because my allergies are so bad which kind of tires me out - i have taken the occassional anti histamine but figure that die off reaction should probably not be medicated against.

I'm curious do any of you know of an effective anti fungal (I guess garlic and olive oil might be two) that can clear candida but are not toxic in pregnancy. I am not planning on conceiving until i get this clear !? however i would like to replace my current anti fungals that are not good in pregnancy with something that will not build up poisonous stuff in my body that could be harmful. I know this sounds a bit like wishful thinking while all this is going on but it gives me something to work towards...
