Re: Die-Off time frame?

My worst candida symptoms are Depression and anxiety - I know that flat anti-social feeling well.

It only got better for me when I started to poop. Allegedly, there can be something like 4 pounds of candida hanging out in the colon, and if you're gonna start killing them, you have to have a way to move the waste they give up upon dying out of your system. You have to poop at least once a day - twice is better. And you gotta drink ALOT of water.

What made a HUGE difference in my mood was taking a bunch of swigs of apple cider vinegar during a the course of a day (slightly diluted in water) and then doing an enema. I had a tremendous die-off reaction and got a really-nasty sinus infection - but my mood cleared up instantly. I hesitate to recommend enemas as they can be dangerous and I think addicting etc., but if you limit yourself to one or two they really help to get toxins out.

Upshot: Find some way to make yourself poo twice a day OR back off the antifungals until the rate of the toxins released by the candida is not too much for your system to eliminate.

Another thing to consider is that garlic and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract can be allergens in and of themselves.... you'll have to experiment with yourself to find out if you're sensitive to these things.

Hope this helps. Good luck
