Die-Off time frame?

hello everyone -
I'm really appreciating having this to turn to every day. So lovely to feel part of a community of fellow fungus people.

I have been taking anti-fungals (nilstat, grapefruit-seed extract and raw garlic) plus probiotics, chlorophyll and colloidal minerals for 3 weeks now. I am adhering to a very rigid anti-candida diet, and began this treatement all at once. I have had candida for about 5 yrs on and off, and recently following a trip to india i fell ill again. this is the first time i have treated it, as i ended up diagnosing myself after years of confusion, allergies and all kinds of symptoms.
I know that the standard answer is 'how long is a piece of string?' but i was wondering what the general timeframe has been for some of you re. the die-off period. i have been feeling really lethargic, teary and depressed, constipated, bloated and generally unable to function day-to-day. Is this normal? i was thinking that i have perhaps been hitting my body too hard and quickly with the treatment. should i perhaps slow it down a little? is it possible that my liver isn't able to handle it?

the depressive spells have been really intense - i am increasingly anti-social and feel flat most of the time.
any feedback would be appreciated. thanks for listening.
