I brought a colonic board : ) I thought it will save me money in the long run.
But I only used it 5 times. I found that drinking powerful blender-made vegi juice is much easier to get a good bowl movement and help detox. Of crouse, if you do both, that's even better. If you can do it like I did and drink 16 ounce of green vegi juice (cabbage, celery, cucumber, avacoda) you will improve so fast that it's hard to tell if colonics are making a difference
