wheat is very bad if you have leaky gut, which often comes with candida. gluten inside wheat and casin/lactose inside dariy products are big nonos. They aggrevate the intestine and might cause candida and other pathogens to grow.

your nutrientist is letting you off easy, thus making you to take a lot of risk. 1 bad food in your diet will kill off all your effort and money.
