Re: PH level testing

there are a lot of places to get litmus paper from. Another option is to get an electronic pH meter, but it's about an $80 investment. It will, however, last much longer than an equivalent value of litmus paper (about 10 rolls). There are a whole host of ways to alkalize the body and a host of different supplements available. Personally I used Dr. Young's approach and his supplements. No matter what you chose, make sure you keep yourself well informed. Personally I suggest reading one of Dr. Young's books, either "the pH miracle" or "Sick and tired? reclaim your inner terrain." There is a lot of information available out there, and a lot of people who have dramatically improved their health by focussing on correcting their pH imbalance. For a whole host of testimonials you can go look at Dr. Young's website at . Take care, and talk to you soon, Mike
