Acne with Pregnancy

Hi,


I am desperately looking for an answer or a remedy. I am pregnant with my 4th child and even though I never had ace problems before throughout my life, I have developed Acne complications with this pregnancy... Please help me. I am wondering if there is a remedy for this... I assume this will pass after the child is born. What can I do in the mean time?
