Re: Try Rice Milk

I recommend Unsweetened Silk soymilk it's organic in a green container found in organic section on shelf at Wegman's or other health food store. No added sugar, cholesterol-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, casein-free, gluten-free, MSG-Free, low carb about 5g per cup Ingredients: Filtered Water, Whole Organic Soybeans, Calcium Carbonate, Sea Salt , Natural Flavors, Carragenan(a seaweed for thickening), Vitamin A palmitate, Vitamin D2, Riboflavin B2, Vitamin B12 (NO Genetic engineering)...no eggs, no peanuts, no worries. Tastes good, for added sweetness I use Stevia extract by SweetLeaf, but honestly tastes fine on it's own cold. Can also cook with it well. And it was around $2.00 dollars for one quart.
Good Health to You,
