After being treated for Candida over 18 years ago, I learned the best things for breakfast would be eggs, cottage cheese, low carb vegies or meat. Keeping your carbs under 100 per day helps a lot. That is why the oatmeal though tasty, just fix a tiny bowl instead of a regular size. I was allowed 1/2 & 1/2 or cream. No milk because of the vitamins & higher carb content.
