I think only ND. or other alternative practioners administer the Heidelberg test Jake is speaking of. I found one place that does this but is unfortunately about 4 hours away from me. I think we will more than likely have to settle for ways to strengthen digestion naturally. Have you read Shelleycat's posts on this? Very helpful. One really good point Jake makes is to chew your food until it's almost liquid! I've even been chewing my liquids! My TMJ of my jaw muscles is more sore lately from all that chewing! ha ha. If gluten bothers you wheat will not be good right now. I feel like I'm flying if I eat that. May not be the same for you though. There seem to be differing opinions about yogurt. I've read raw kefir or goats milk is better but where to find these things?! I'm certainly no expert but thought I'd share what I've read and my experiences. Hope you feel better soon! Stanna :)
