Thanks. I just looked up Molkosan. It's a whey product. I'm not a fan of anything dairy but I'll think seriously about it if it's as good as you say it is. I'm not absolutely dairy free but almost am these days. http://www.notmilk.com/ does sum up much of my feelings.
re the grains. Hmm. I thought someone would say that, and yes I know it's the case. It's interesting that you say millet was particularly bad for you. I can certainly take at least that on board. My breakfast is basically grains, fruit and nuts. Crikey how I'd have the energy to cycle to work (5 miles off road in the mud!) without that would test me.
