Re: Is localised oral thrush possible?

All the starches I ate. I ate bread, pasta, potatos, cereal, rice, all of which all feed yeast.
This is just my personal view, but I don't see these "extreme" diets (raw foods, etc.) as being healthy. A diet made up of a variety of good, unprocessed foods seems to be common sense to me.
I read an article years ago about a vegan commune in California. Third generation babies were born with birth defects from lack of vitamins, proteins, etc. in their diets.
I'm not knocking anyone else's diet, please don't think that. If vegetarianism is working for some people, that's great. It just made me so much worse and my blood test proved that I am getting better on my new diet. This is just my opinion and experience. :)
