Re: Eczema and Candida?

hey frederick, its great that youre stopping alcohol and coffee thats a great place to start.you may want to ask your loved ones to try to be understanding with you because youll probobly need support and a little leniency to be edgy.acidophilus is a probiotic found in most health food stores.primal defense is a combination of probios.most health stores carry it now.if not you can find it online.im not convinced 3lac is as good as they say.my shopping list varies alot because im always trying to find what works for me whether its more meat or vegetarian.heres the deal ive done alot of dietary change and definitly seen improvement then when i think im in the home stretch ill add something i maybe am not supposed to have.mind you im not talking hot fudge sundaes more like tortilla chips or sprouted grain bread usually my skin will react.sometimes when i think my skin is looking good ill be like im sure by now i can have some coffee but if i do it for more than one day my skin reacts.ive been on various diets for 7 months and have seen improvement .one thing i did was ignore some of the things people said about ph levels.this is something i havent tried but am going to:your supposed to stick to meats veggies and some grains.you mentioned getting bread you may have to cut out all breads even no yeast for awhile.its said that your meal should be 80% veggies and 20% protien animal or grain.the only grain ive really used so far is quinoa its easy to cook.so you can imagine if your looking at your plate thats alot of veggies.what i did for a long time was figure well if its on the food list ill just eat whatever proportions i want because its not feeding the yeast.the problem i think is that if you eat a big chicken breast and a small salad your body is going to be more acid that alkaline.if you do the opposite the converse is true.this is where im at after 7 months of trying to get rid of my eczema.one of the only things i havent tried is to lower my body ph level.i got these test strips from the health food store and it turns out i am too acid.its weird because i looked up a alkalinizing diet and its the same as candida diet.im starting to take coral calcium as well as a green drink both of which you can get from the health food store the latter being a powder you add to water.also lemon juice is supposed to help squeeze it into water .did you look at the food lists from whole approach.com.just go with those and try to be creative.most people agree butter is ok its not on the list.helps with veggies but be moderate.vinegar, black pepper regular salt bad.try Sea Salt ,again health food store.what im trying to do is release my attatchment to food and what im eating.its suprising how much of eating is not just about survival.i believe i can cure this and its taken awhile to get where im at now theres so much info and it can be overwhelming.and also so much conflicting info on diet.when in doubt leave it out sounds alot easier than it is but be patient and youll see results.best of luck!
