Re: accuracy of candida test?

Hi. I read somewhere recently (sorry, can't remember where) that you can have up to 7 tests for candida done and they can come up negative when you clearly have it!? I spent thousands on tests and doctors (including a comprehensive stool analysis)(I had all the candida symptoms and my doctor told me that he had never seen anyone in his life with a whiter tongue than me) but my test for yeast infection came back negative!!! This is when I said thank you and goodbye to the traditional medical world and began on my own path to recovery (I'm not saying doctor's are not helping anyone - just didn't help me). I've since had Quantum (bio-resonance) testing that has confirmed what I have always known - I've had out of control candida for over 20 years! I would read all you can on candida and it's treatment / prevention, but my advice to you would be 1) go on strict anti - candida diet and see if your symptoms improve? 2) get yourself a good probiotic (like primal defence if you can tolerate it) and 3)don't let it sress you (I know that's hard - but you will now recover if you are stressed1) Good luck my friend - you will get better - just a matter of time :o)
