Yeah, I know what you mean about willpower, it doesn't work. At least not consistenly that is. I forgot to mention that if I drink a fresh glass of juice per day my cravings don't seem to be as bad or they're even non-existant. So that would make sense that my body's craving is for nutrients and not sugar. I have not had a glass of juice in 2 or 3 days. Bad me. After Christmas I did throw out most of the junk food. The only thing left is the tin of butter cookies that my husband wanted to keep. He knows a little about what I'm going through and he kept the cookies from me earlier but I ended up sneaking some later. I've been wondering about coconut oil and how it's all saturated but yet good for us? I do use flax oil which I love and olive oil on my salads. I enjoy raw almond butter but broke the jar 2 weeks ago and haven't bought another one. I haven't quite figured out how to use Tahini. All the oil is on the top and when I try to stir it it doesn't really stir. Any suggestions? Again thanks for all your responses. Today is a new day!
