That's my advice. Not to down the other poster's advice. I'm not currently taking a vitamin/mineral supp or coconut oil now, but I can attest to the fact that keeping junk out of my home is a big plus. The snack food aisle in the supermarket might as well not even be there as well as the soft drink aisle. I know it's hard to ignore, but just try it. I slowly weaned myself from the junk. Start with the worst offenders and keep progressing. I'm telling you that it's such a liberating feeling to not have the cravings anymore.
Also, hey peanut butter in a no no on the candida diet due to the mold, right?. I think cashews or tahini are okay.
