It does work! You have to stay on the diet. It took me 2-1/2 months but then I was able to eat fruit (not a lot) and even a muffin. I think it will be a couple more months before it's totally gone. It did come back when I ate some probiiotic yogurt. I read a posting here by someone who says the Sugar in milk will activate the Candida and to get probiotics without milk. So you can't jump back to a non-Candida diet or it will come back. It may take me a year before it's really gone but I don't think it will ever be so gone that I can eat real Sugar and a lot of fruit or anything. And you do have to stay on it at a low dose. Since it is an enzyme, the Candida doesn't become immune to it. I'm back on a strict diet now but I know it will only be for a while. :)
