Hi Ruby! I've posted what I did to cure systemic candidiases. It should still be on this page.

the important thing, besides diet, is to thoroughly cleanse the bowels, repopulate with friendly flora, and strengthen the liver. Candida get out of hand when foods are not properly digested and moved thru the bowels. When they hang around partially digested, the yeasties have a field day.

Liver flushes, herbs for the liver, and pancreatic enzymes are all very cheap ways you can take care of that. Primal Defense, a probiotic, is excellent but a bit costly. All of things I did cost much less than Threelac and took care of my problem in 3 months, so I don't recommend Threelac to anyone. Too much money for too little gain is how I see it.
