However, there is good news...some of us like just a LITTLE fat and think just a little is rather sexy. But, thats maybe 10 or 15 lbs over. So,for sex appeal, there is no reason to take ALL of it off.
But, for health reasons...too much catches up with you sooner or later and can cause or lead to a variety of health problems including high blood pressure, bad joints, varicose veins, diabetes etc. I'm not much for the stomach stapling rountine either. My opinion....it's mainly mind over matter and holding the line with few or no exceptions.
A lot easier than switching cultures.
