This has nothing to do with the subject at hand, but to you, or anyone else, for that matter, that are taking individual amino acid supplements, there is the opinion by some that doing so can really cause some major disruptions to the system. My doc supports nutritional supplements, far more than most, but he highly recommends not taking INDIVIDUAL aminos unless the body is in an absolute crisis state- and for good reason, based on what I've read. Whether or not something like this would ever be a player in your case, I don't know.
