Alfalfa (minerals)
Beet root (iron)
Comfrey (demulcent)
(used topically "very dangerous at high doses if taken internally")
Cramp bark (antispasmodic)
Echinacea (blood and lymphatic cleanser)
(only to be taken in light doses during illness in 3rd timester)
Eyebright (mild decongestant)
Fenugreek (uterine tonic)
(during 3rd trimester only)
Ginger (ani-nausea)
Hibiscus (flavorful and bioflavinoids)
Horehound (decongestant)
Lemongrass (flavorful)
Marshmallow (demulcent)
Nettles (minerals)
Red raspberry leaves *(special note Please read before using)
Rose hips (vitamin C, flavorful)
Scullcap (nervine)
Slippery elm (demulcent)
Spearmint (diuretic, flavorful)
Strawberry leaves (uterine tonic)
Wild yam (stomach sedative)
Yellow dock (iron)

*Red Rasberry Leaf and Nettle Tea
DO NOT OVER USE

3-4 tbs. each of Nettle & Red Rasberry to a quart of boiling water, let set 10 minutes, strain, refrigerate

only one cup a day during the first trimester
2 cups a day during the 2nd trimester
3 cups a day during the 3rd trimester
