my only suggestion is to just jump in and do it. The more sex you have, the more sex you want. Maybe try masturbation before you try it with your husband, and if the thought of that disgusts you, maybe try some touching and cuddling with your husband first.
You could give each other back massages or bathe or shower together to get things started. If the problem is truly physical and not due in part to anything mental (and by this I mean some resentment you hold toward your husband that makes you not want to be touched by him) then you should be able to overcome it by trying to be physical again.
