HI, I actually do have TMJ, it started when I had 13 tooth fillings removed 4 at a time, and had my mouth open for so long,thats when my problem started, I actually thought it had gone away and something else had developed in my jaw since the pain has gotten intense, so bad that I can barely yawn!! aghh anyway Thanks so much for the links I never read up on it I had no idea how serious this was anyway Thanks so much I think I will buy a muscle relaxant, hopefully that will help thanks so much Tweet
