Age matters. It always has and always will. Maturity and mental preparedness for adult situation should always be a standard for conduct.

I think you miss read me. I never said 'not to wait'. She didn't ask that. Or at least I don't remember seeing it. What I did address were her questions regarding experience and dealing with being the one on the lower end.

I was also dissagreeing with the Dew meister regarding his comments.
